Yes! This is not a calorie restrictive program, a juice cleanse, or any other type of fasting program. We encourage you to eat a normal calorie intake (for your height and weigh and activity level) of healthy and nutritious foods for the entire 4-weeks.
Yes of course! This program is intended to be incorporated into your current lifestyle.
Will I have to take any supplements?
We do make suggestions for high quality supplements that have been used and loved by us personally as well as other clients for this challenge to enhance your body's natural detoxification pathways and support healthy weight release. It is 100% optional to purchase the recommended supplements and you will get benefit from this challenge with or without the optional supplements.
Will the recommended fitness and movement plans be for beginners?
The fitness plan will accommodate most beginners. Always ask your medical doctor before starting new exercise plans.
Is this challenge all online?
Yes, the entire challenge is run in the Facebook group with additional email and Zoom coaching support.
Can I participate if I live outside the United States of America?
Yes. This challenge is open to anyone who wants to participate in our online community for accountability, empowerment, fun, and support.
